Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24-03-2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use my website and book yoga therapy sessions, classes, and workshops (“Services”). By booking or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

- One-to-one yoga therapy (single sessions or block bookings)
- Group classes
- Workshops and courses

3. Yoga Therapy Sessions

- Yoga therapy sessions are one-to-one and tailored to you.

-Yoga therapy can be appropriate for a wide range of ages and lifestyles as well as those looking for a healthier way of life. All that is needed by the participant is the desire to help her or himself and the willingness to practise regularly.
In a typical first yoga therapy session a medical history will be taken by the yoga therapist. The body, posture, simple movements and the breath may be observed and issues and concerns discussed. Working with yoga therapeutically is about the whole person. The yoga therapist will then assess how yoga therapy may benefit before planning and teaching a practice tailored to the needs of that individual. Practices may include one or more of a range of techniques such as posture work, breathing, relaxation, working with sound, reflection, and/or meditation. Several sessions are likely to be needed to confirm safe and appropriate practice.
- Payment: Full payment is required at least 5 days before your session.
- Cancellations by you: Cancellations within 48 hours (including no-shows) are non-refundable. Any exceptions or reschedules are at my discretion.
- Cancellations by me: If I need to cancel, I’ll give as much notice as possible (aiming for 48 hours). You’ll be offered a refund or the option to reschedule
.

3.1 Six-Session Block Bookings for Yoga Therapy

For those committed to their health goals, a 6-session block is available at a discounted rate. You can choose this option after your initial consultation and first session. The discount will then apply to your next 5 sessions, which are booked in advance.
