Based near Southwold on the Suffolk coast I am here to help you discover optimal health and wellbeing through Yoga. I am deeply passionate about bringing accessible, therapeutic yoga to a wide range of people and health conditions. I take my inspiration from the seasons and cycles of life, the ancient philosophy of Yoga and evolving modern science.
I am qualified yoga teacher and hold a diploma in Yoga therapy. I have the privilege of working with students from all walks of life and am committed to creating safe, adaptive and empowering spaces for students of all abilities and backgrounds. Yoga Therapy is a holistic and integrative mind-body approach to health and wellbeing. It can be beneficial as a stand alone support to help you work towards your personal health goals or as a complimentary therapy to reinforce progress with other treatments and support rehabilitation.
I also offer weekly classes including accessible chair Yoga, funded community groups as well as corporate yoga sessions and events. I have undertaken a variety of professional training combined with personal inner work, experience and practice to bring you a multi dimensional holistic approach in all that I offer.

My work in health and wellness spans over many years and I am a passionate advocate for helping people live well and feel good in their body and mind.
A large portion of my work is focused on sharing Yoga Therapy in a one-to-one setting, as well as working in my local community providing Yoga classes, therapy groups & more.
Yoga therapy is a holistic person centered approach and a return to how Yoga was traditionally shared. It has the added benefit of additional training that allows for a more comprehensive health informed understanding of an individuals need.
Yoga Therapy draws on evidence based practices adapting them to suit individual health conditions. It blends the ancient wisdom and philosophy of Yoga with modern science creating a truly holistic, individual and multi dimensional approach towards optimal health.

One-to-One Yoga Therapy
I have a dedicated space at my home as well as a few select venues in my local area where I can facilitate One to One Yoga therapy sessions.
Sessions are designed for your specific health needs and utilize a range of evidence based mind-body tools such as movement, postures, breathwork, somatic practices and mindfulness techniques.
Yoga therapy is person centered and holistic supporting you to move towards your individual health goals in a compassionate, collaborative and creative way .
Weekly Yoga Classes
In these classes the invitation is to turn up as you are and for a short time put down the busyness of life.
I teach Accessible Chair Yoga and mat based classes.
My teaching style is a more mindful pace of yoga that aims to guide you towards a deeper connection to your body and steer you away from the busy mind. I include a blend of traditional Yoga practices, mixed movement flows and Somatic practices, centered around a theme or intention.
Corporate Workplace Yoga
Corporate yoga and wellbeing sessions can be an effective way to promote the health and wellbeing of your staff.
Yoga is an effective mind body practice that promotes awareness, strength and flexibility. Workplace or private group sessions provide a shared space to identify and understand the sources of stress and suffering with the practical tools and techniques to help manage.
Community Yoga
Yoga promotes community (Sangha), where there is a shared or specific need, condition or experience, group yoga therapy or private yoga and wellbeing classes can provide a vital support network fostering community and connection.
To be fully alive is saying yes to the wide array of human feelings. When I soften, release and breathe, I discover I am more than what I think, feel, reason or believe.
