Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

You’re welcome to bring your own mat, but we also have mats available to borrow if you don’t have one or prefer to travel lightly.

I’ve never practised yoga before—can I still join?

Absolutely! All our classes are suitable for beginners, and Laura offers gentle guidance and modifications to support you wherever you are in your yoga journey.

Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?

Yes, you're very welcome to join, but please let Laura know before class. She can offer modifications to keep you comfortable and safe. It's always best to consult your healthcare provider first.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers can be helpful, as your body temperature may change during class.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to secure your space, as class sizes are limited. You can easily book online through our website.
