I am a Yoga Allience accredited Hatha Yoga Teacher, trainee Yoga Therapist and have been working in the health and wellness industry for over a decade. 

 The Cornish coast is my home & offers much inspiration for my offerings.  After over a decade living away it feels great to be back here in Bude, North Cornwall doing what I love!

 I offer various Yoga classes, workshops, bespoke sessions and private tuition.
